70 of our fillers and plasters already carry the Origin label

Year after year, Baixens reaffirms its commitment to the environment and people's health. And we do it with facts. Since the creation of the Origen label in 2021, the number of products featuring it has continued to grow.

Today, 70 of our fillers and plasters now carry this label, accounting for 47% of our full product range in this category.

What does the Origen label mean?

Only products formulated with more than 95 % naturally sourced components are eligible for the Origin label. This seal reflects our firm commitment to sustainable chemistry—prioritising natural resources, reducing the presence of toxic components and reducing VOCs to create healthier environments.

An environmental commitment that goes beyond the product

Baixens' environmental strategy is not limited to the selection of raw materials. Our commitment covers the entire product life cycle, with concrete actions aimed at reducing environmental impact.

Clean energy

100% of the energy used in our manufacturing processes comes from renewable sources. In addition, we are developing an ambitious photovoltaic self-consumption project that already meets 50% of our energy needs and will enable us to achieve total self-sufficiency in the near future.

Circular economy

Baixens is firmly committed to the use of Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic packaging, made from plastic waste from domestic, industrial, commercial and agricultural consumption. This packaging is also recyclable. Today, 95% of our plastic packaging is recycled and recyclable.

Reducing the use of fossil fuels

By implementing 'zero kilometre' practices, upgrading our truck fleet with I-Save and Aero technologies, replacing forklifts with more sustainable models, and optimising production processes, we are heading towards more efficient and sustainable manufacturing.
